Suzi Kaloti wanted to study art. She studied business instead. It wasn't the path she would have chosen, but she took it, built a life, and kept moving.
After starting a family, she went back to school to study interior design. A clear decision, years in the making. Design gave her what she'd always been looking for — a discipline where instinct, craft, and vision all belong in the same room.
She spent the next fifteen years building her practice in Canada. Home development, renovation, interior design — work where your reputation is the only thing that travels ahead of you.
Clients came back. They sent their friends. The practice grew through consistency and results, shaped by a close attention to proportion, material, and how a space actually gets lived in.
Her debut as a luxury designer in Canada
She's now based in Dubai, bringing that same standard to a market that expects it. Different city, different scale — the same hands-on involvement from first brief to final finish.

Lavish Living began in Canada in 2009, built on a simple belief: a home should feel as considered as it looks. What started as a small design practice grew steadily, moving with ambition from Canada to Dubai, and later to London — each city adding its own language of craftsmanship, scale, and style to our work.
Over more than fifteen years, that journey has taken us from single residential projects to a growing portfolio spanning private residences, hospitality spaces, and large-scale developments across three continents. Every move brought new challenges and new relationships with architects, artisans, and clients who trusted us to bring their vision to life — and every project sharpened our eye for what makes a space truly lavish: not excess, but intention.
Today, Lavish Living is led by two founders whose partnership has shaped the studio’s growth from the very beginning.

Suzi Kaluti co- founded Lavish Living in Canada in 2009 with a vision to create interiors that felt personal, elevated, and enduring. As CEO, she has steered the studio’s expansion across three countries, building the relationships and reputation that have carried Lavish Living from its early residential roots to an international name in design.
Suzi’s business instinct steered a genuine passion for design storytelling- — she believes every space should reflect the life being lived in it. Her hands on approach has led the studio to grow its client base year after year, taking on increasingly ambitious projects while staying true to the founding philosophy: thoughtful, lasting, lavish design.
Heba Kaluti
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Heba Kaluti has been instrumental to Lavish Living since its founding in 2009, bringing structure and precision to every stage of the studio’s growth. As COO, she has overseen the operational backbone of the business through each major expansion — from Canada to Dubai to London — ensuring that the studio’s standards of quality and service travel with it into every new market.
Heba’s strength lies in turning ambitious ideas into deliverable projects, managing the complexity of international operations while keeping every client experience seamless. Her hands-on approach has been central to Lavish Living taking on a broader and more prestigious range of projects over the years, cementing the studio’s place as a trusted name across the regions it now calls home.
